The evolution of the tried and tested Christ dryer units for wash tunnels

Through complex flow analyses and engineering refinements, the developers at Otto Christ AG have succeeded in further optimising a number of features of the previous dryer range:
 

• Improved drying results
  A higher outlet speed improves the process of blowing water droplets off the vehicle.
   
• Less noise
  Modified running wheels and flow optimisation of the fan housing result in a significant reduction in noise.
   
• Reduced energy consumption
  A change in the selected running wheel material reduces the energy consumption of the motors during start-up.
  
   

The reduction in the energy consumption is a further step towards meeting the targets of the Christ Greenline Strategy.
